The STUDYINSPB project took the third place in the Project Management in Higher Education nominated category of Project Olympus 2020, a project management contest. The award ceremony for winners was held in the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation on November 18.
The mission of the STUDYINSPB project is to promote St. Petersburg as the leading international science and education center. This is the first experience of a similar project in Russia. STUDYINSPB.RU offers current and regularly updated information on educational programs, news and events in the sphere of science and education in St. Petersburg. The portal allows visitors to obtain an online consultation on getting admission and studying.
STUDYINSPB also received a special diploma for sustainable development of educational products in Russian universities, including the development of international communications and export of university products to international markets.
In 2020 there were a total of more than 260 projects submitted for the competition, of which 75 finalists were selected. Winners in main and several special nominations, and holders of special diplomas and prizes of the competition were selected from among the finalists.
Project Olympus, an annual contest of professional project management is held by the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation with the goal of introducing project management tools into the public sector, support various initiatives and disseminate information about the best practices and professionals, as well as share experiences in effective project management.
